Don't worry, the Super Saints hold the record for most points dropped from a winning position - remember when we were 2-0 up and Ole was a goner and that was the start of the great Man U comeback (and Pochinetto has ended up in PSG as a result).

Some of the charts show a streamer making it as far as Herts but mostly very light precipitation/rain and sleet.

Can’t help but feel Liverpool are all inside the dressing room now, readying their "not good enough tonight. Onto the next game" social media posts because that's the only thing they've been consistent in over the last few weeks..

still waiting on those showers, too!

The country has been plunged into tighter coronavirus restrictions amid a worrying surge in cases - but elite football will be unaffected

Thought i stumbled in footy thread

Temp 2.3C and DP -0.3C we’re good for snow, but of course it’s dry. Models do indicate though the shower trails will back west into London area later in morning.

  • Chilly with an increasing risk of frost

Once Monday's band of rain fades, the next few days will be drier. However, it will feel cool, even cold, in the breeze or under gloomy skies, with an increasing risk of frost. Read the full update here

Dubai Floods: Another Warning Sign for Desert Regions?

The flooding in the Middle East desert city of Dubai earlier in the week followed record-breaking rainfall. It doesn't rain very often here like other desert areas, but like the deadly floods in Libya last year showed, these rain events are likely becoming more extreme due to global warming. Week Ahead: Cool but largely dry until later in the week, when low pressure returns

We keep a chilly northerly flow going through much of the coming week, especially noticeable in the east. Cloud and rain spreading south Monday, but after that, most places largely dry until later in the week, when it looks to turn more showery. Read the full update here
