Just woke up to see it’s snowing, but the ground is wet so must have turned recently.

If this carries on at this intensity for a few hours should get a decent covering !!

grassy areas not waterlogged are turning white ❄️❄️❄️

I’m only about 20m lower than you and the snow isn’t settling at all here. Might take a walk southward to Millennium point Stone. See what it’s like at around 200m.

Elevation definitely coming into play for some here, but plain old rain here

well here it is snow, very small microflakes, no rain as cannot see it landing on ground

certainly no sign of big flakes like last Sat/Sun

It will probably snow heavy for hours then when it stops we’ll be put into a warning area

Just been out and snow settling onto roofs, cars and grass but roads still too warm. Off to Leek in a bit will need big coat as the wind chill is cutting

Hi all, well just woke up to see it snowing but the ground is wet! If it gets heavy enough and that bit colder then it will settle no problem. But for now it’s very wet out

Turning sleety at 160m in Telford. Can't see it settling though, unless it really picks up.

Bitterly cold here this morning. Strong breeze adding to the chill. Very fine snow fall but not accumulating as the ground is too warm. We are at 193m ASL.

You did very well last week

stop being greedy

Such a difference to last week. Then it was so cold that the dustiest flakes stuck instantly, this is just a grim sleety battle of attrition...
