That is very interesting. Currently a heavy blob over my location and it's been light to moderate snow for the past 20 mins. Nothing that looks heavy in nature

Anyone west of Birmingham that is in a dry spot on the radar but are still seeing snow falling?

Can confirm its slowing down here in cov. Still moderate snow about 3cms so far

Currently snowing very heavily here in Rugeley. Accumulating quickly and radar is looking very good. First time in 7 years I'll have seen decent snow in the UK, due to living on the coast for much of that time.

Been out for a walk. Wolverhampton Road and side roads are gone. Badly needs Amber warning here.  Few pics of the Winter wonderland out there.

Well, I’m 4 miles west of Brum centre and it’s pretty much as heavy as it’s been all day!

I would question the accuracy of the radar currently, because it took longer to start snowing here than it suggested, and it still hasn't stopped despite no PPN showing over us, although it is light.

Crazy. Met office forecast has now changed again from light snow here in Matlock at lunchtime, to this... bonkers.

Yes it looks like the warning area has pushes further North, which makes sense looking at the radar. I'm now down for snow all afternoon.... We shall see.

That's bizarre! The current radar run is showing that it's dry there! Definitely something funky going on with the radar today.
