Anything with you yet?

Not yet! But it's very close now. Expecting to see some light snow within the next 30 mins.

Rapidly intensifying now in C Solihull also with a sudden gust of wind.

Settling readily   with the temp fairly steady at -1.0C.

Have to go out in an hour for my vaccination!! Hope they have salted the roads.

Snow has gone very light here now. The real heavy stuff is right on our doorstep but taking it’s time to come over.

I think it might be starting to put the brakes on.

I'm in The Rock, it's actually starting now. Very light and dusty, but it's so cold it's turning the ground white already. Don't see it building up much though.

Today is nothing more than a Brucie Bonus for this part of the West Midlands. We've been lucky (around Dudley) for snow so far this winter. Hope the whole of Brum and the East Midlands finally get a good dumping today for all the events they've missed out on.

I am home today.
It should start pepping up soon, but have you noticed how slowly it’s progressing now?

Snowing heavily here now. Hope it will clear a bit later as due to visit my special needs daughter at her residential SEN in Clent.

Lovely hard frost here in Rugeley with the snow steadily approaching. This is why I love winter.

Here's hoping the snow intensifies a bit over the next couple of hours as per the ICON 09z
