Any more tonight guys or is this it? The snow that fell earlier is now starting to freeze it’s going to be an icy one tonight.

GFS doesn’t seem to be working on meteociel but here’s one of the precipitation charts for Sunday from Netweather.

It’s been snowing here for over an hour but it’s doing nothing other than a sprinkle on cars and grass... another thoroughly disappointing spell...

this is only the 2nd event for Hinckley - if you call it that!  so pretty to see, came quick and the grass is covered, but melting already.  Our first event was before new year, but the snow melted very quickly then too.

Yes its lovely to watch falling which it has done here on 5 occasions here this winter. But it doesn't settle. My 6 year old son  is so gutted as he is yet to go sledging make a snowball or snowman this winter.

Arome has greatly increased the snow shower risk for tomorrow having hardly shown anything until now. Yet to see what it shows for Sunday.

AROME and Aperge both take Sunday’s snow further south.

I’m confident that by Monday we might have model agreement.

What’s the northern extent on those two models please ? ??

They don’t get into the Midlands.

Harmonie is in between most of the models. It has snow for the South and Central Midlands.
