I swear this front is about 100 miles East of where it should be? Doesn't matter if it cools down now as I'm already west of the band and it keeps going East.

I'm a bit stuck as to what regional to post in. I'm classed as South West , but feel more like southwest mids. Any way 9.6 here at the moment.

Cuts Stoke-on-Trent in half, and I just about squeeze into the warning area

Apparently snowing in nottingham!

Temps still rising here. 3.3c and dew point of 3. We need to see temps heading the otherway quite quickly

Honestly that's what I normally see with Leicester. This is probably the first time in ages i've seen us well inside the warning zone. Feels nice for once , not that I expect much snow regardless.

From what i've seen it's really not due to turn to snow for a good 4 hours yet.

I'm currently in Matlock picking some essentials up, sleet down here but up at mine was heavy wet snow when I left.

I can literally see where the warning area starts from a back window, closest i think ive ever been to a warning area without actually being in the warning area

I am up in Carlton and it is turning to very wet snow, but as it has been raining quite a bit, it is very wet out and unlikely to start sticking

Can see the life slowly being squeezed out of that front, oh and good old fashioned drizzle falling, temp at 3.2C.
