Light snow shower here - apparently from a small speck that just developed ahead of the larger band . Nice to see

Google weather had been suggesting showers all along for this evening. I don’t expect it will be anything moderate - but was assuming it would fail to materialise. What a surprise turn of events this afternoon has been!

You can also bin the rest of the models then, not just the UKV. Either way, it's fizzling out.

Snowing fairly heavy in Stroud, and it’s now settling on all but the wettest surfaces... quite windy too.

Looks like it's fragmenting a little bit. Consistently flurrying here still though.

Light snow just started here too. Don't expect much but it's a bonus.

Flurries of snow here. No settling. Obs not going to come to anything.

Hopefully, in a week's time or so we'll see a repeat of 1st week Feb '09 - remember that week? Ab fab, 3 biggish snowfalls in space of a week if i remember correctly - our area hogged the pivots that week.

Got married that week 6th February, the registrar just managed to make the wedding.

A bit heavier now, moderate snow falling

- one last hurrah until a couple of weeks time, maybe?

Could be sooner, who knows at the moment?!

Had a bit of sleet/snizzle here 10 mins ago. Still some snow on the driveway and in the garden. Currently 0.4°C

Managed 3.5cm from this proper frontal band of snow, although much of that had gone by the end of Sunday even though the maximum was barely 2.5C. Signature gratefully updated nonetheless.
