Looks like a shift north for tom morn now. Midlands in the firing line. I reck we'll only see a few light flurries early morn, around daylight here, and i'm S Glos.

Late to the party tonight just finished a shift. Damn it was cold out there tonight!

Looks like we may get lucky here again.

Just hoping places that haven't seen any snow yet get a nice surprise too. We've done quite well really the last month.

Currently temp -2.1°C Dp -2.9 

Right time for a quick snooze before obsessive radar, lamppost watching begins.

If it’s rain that falls early tomorrow morning, conditions could turn seriously hazardous as it hits the frozen ground - timing looks almost optimal for that.

My phone weather app now showing further downgrade. Snow symbol for 07.00am and that is it. Dry, cloudy from 10.00am.

Looks like you spotted that at the same time as me! Could be a very good sign as it will draw in the cold surface air from up country Cornwall got 12cm the last time (2019 )

Where are you Richard? Does seem to be hitting North East of the region mostly later this morning, but there's some decent intensification starting to appear right down in the South West over Bodmin and coming in off the Channel. Plymouth looks soon to get hit with some decent PPN so it'll be interesting to see what it falls as.
