If you caught the entire width of that I wouldn't be surprised to see 5cm plus from that. I've got the wee anorexic band to the South of it.

It's looking like it's all heading straight for Derry. Will know soon enough. Already 3/4cms on the ground.

Must be some decent coverings in the NW this morning, looks like showers continued well overnight. Some even getting right to the East. A slight shift in wind direction to NW rather than WNW and stronger winds looks to have helped NE Antrim also get into the mix, and maybe even some Central areas.

Couple of cms here, looks like Derry/letterkenny was the sweet spot last night.

Maybe 2 inches on the ground here. Will get some pics up later. Will be nice to have a snow day today with the wee ones. Showers seem to have shifted more to the Eastern side of NI now.

Normally a lurker here. Very close to the sea so snow is a rare occurrence. None overnight but the radars said it was due so went to the living room and it’s snowing lightly onto a hard frost with it due to keep up for a while. Cross fingers!

enjoy the snow day

It’s the possible top edge of frontal snow crossing the South

Yeah rte mentioned a band of sleet/snow that could affect southern counties of Ulster.

Later tonights front further South than yesterday, looks like it only skiffs the border area. Still looks like sleet and snow for Ireland though, atm.

The North coasts continuing to see some showers throughout the day.

According to the Meto, some frequent showers possible for County Down on Sunday, but couldn't see them this far North on the county
