Could be in for some wintery fun and games on Easter weekend.

Snowing down to East coast here, albeit of the wet variety. The afternoon felt lovely and warm too. Did not expect anything wintry, even though knew there was a brief colder spell this weekend.

Such a nice day today, and then we get colder again... I don't like all this warm to cold weather stuff going on Either stay warm or cold for a while I'm a fan of both types but when it constantly changes it gives me colds and headaches of which I would rather avoid right now!

So my family have decided to choose Monday to put up a gazebo and have an outdoor lunch. First time in a year. Apparently my bro picked the day that looked like the best weather.

anyone want to break it to him....

It'll be grand just weld some legs onto an old washing machine drum and burn some logs

Big fat flakes falling here atm, not sure yet it'll lie though (hi folks!). I'm almost 38 weeks pregnant and can do without this nonsense

Well I've been very wrong with 'paying the price for last spring'. Been a lovely one so far yet again in Dublin. Soil moisture deficits running similar to same time last year too around 20mm although it got warmer this time last year which probably helped evaporation rates and not likely to see same increase now with these colder conditions.

Serious heavy snow shower here now. Grass turning white. 10th April during the day. It wouldn't happen in January.lol

I'd say that's the winter season wrapped up for another year. Big thanks to all who contributed to a great wee group, in particular our very knowledgeable model interpreters!  See yous in autumn.

Been a fairly miserable time weather wise, hoping for things to improve soon as we go into June. I have a 5 week old girl now though so doesn't make a lot of difference to me at the moment

I'm back in Ireland for a month or 2 at least. Got a nice sunset for my first evening
