This is as far North as the normal GFS 6z brings it..

All gone further South again and more marginal too.

High ground in some areas might still do well though.

Looking further ahead, looks the beast might be on its way.

Yea looks like we miss out on the weekend  but if this happens in feb boy would that be cold and snowy for a long period.

Always good to see the met office on board however tbh this normally produces just cold dry weather for me. Dublin snow shield might be broken though!

Looked on here as haven’t been in the MOD thread in months and expected no snow chances over the next 48hrs, was pleasantly surprised when I viewed the GFS charts, a couple below
