I am in no warning tonight and tomorrow.....

Probably a good thing, in all seriousness nobody has a scooby who's getting what. I have just seen a gritter grit a road in our village that never gets gritted which was slightly strange as nowhere near a bus route and a private dead end.... Maybe someone knows the driver

Same here but now back to snow. Big flakes but still light.

Edit: Stopped again.

Heavy rain now. Hear it on the duplex in the bathroom at -0.1C. Not a breath of wind - even eerie.

Nothing here is East Lothian yet but we’re ploughing through the home schooling just in case we see snow .

I will see you multiple raindrops and raise you just the 1 drop here.... All snow from 20.00

What can possibly go wrong.

'knows', biblically perhaps. Good enough reason normally, but what do the rules say about shagging on the job? Wear a mask, possibly?

Councils have had pelters about not gritting in the last few weeks so they’ll be taking no chances now.

Keep the faith @TinyTimthere is still a decent possibility of serious snowfall here.... 20 per cent chance.. The 5 to 1 shots do come in now and again.... All we need is the slightest of nudges down on a few parameters and we can be sledging tomorrow... Better clear my diary and get the kids to tell their teachers won't be schooling....

Then again might be staring out at icy rain again

Thank you Edo

Yeah. I reckon it's icy rain for us most likely - this winter has been a weird one so far.  Normally we don't get anything, but that's the same as the rest of the country apart from the mountains.  This time around, lots of places have picked up the snow and we've had barely a sniff so far!  However, unlike other years it does seem that the potential is certainly there, so I think we'll hopefully get lucky at some point

Aberdeenshire Permagloom™ in full swing here, though there were some brighter periods first thing.

Calm conditions and frost still surviving in the more sheltered parts of the garden.

A bit milder than yesterday, currently 2.9c after a overnight low of -1c.

Thought I would peruse the model discussions on this and the other site over lunch.  Bad idea, wish there was a Vulcan translator filter to remove all the emotion and distill it down to facts!
