Expressing a longing for Motherwell while living in Edinburgh is quite an unusual sentiment.

Heavy snow shower on at the moment

63 years in the town. Missing Fir Park more though, SIWY.

Still nothing in Inverness, need just a slightly more northerly component to the wind.

The snow is literally just over the bridge over the Black Isle ☹️

Oh? We had one 5 minute flurry about 12.30, otherwise sunny and extremely boring.

This impressive blob has added 3cm of snow in 40mins and still more to come; 13cm total now and -1.1c.

Lovely stuff.

Don't put your hot tub in a shed! Nothing better than sitting outside in the hot tub with a beer and the back garden covered in snow

Dubai Floods: Another Warning Sign for Desert Regions?

Week Ahead: Cool but largely dry until later in the week, when low pressure returns
