Yet another beautiful, sunny, crisp and clear day today, which is nice as I have two family funerals shortly and it feels better to have good weather for them, for some reason, not that I can attend either because I'm shielding but I have video links so that will have to do.

Temperature 3.2deg.C up from a minimum of -1.6deg.C at 04:09. humidity 52%, wind 3 to 7mph southerly with a max gust of 14mph at 04:59, pressure 1032.4hPa falling slowly, no recorded precipitation, cloud cover 2/8 and the dew point is at -6deg.C.

Right, black tie on, first zoomeral at 15:00, second zoomeral at 16:00 and zoompub at 17:00. The rest of the day is sorted.

Very heavy snaw shower just came through here. Is there any more to come.. not been in the mad house for a while.

I'd say a few light ones the heavier stuff stays south of the city though the odd heavier one can't be ruled out the Aberdeenshire/Angus border area seems the place to be early evening,I only go in the mad house at 11pm for a brief check

A heavy shower just passed through here too - combined with sudden squalls of wind it got pretty dramatic for 15 mins with the snow blowing off the trees and roof!

A Nice fresh covering of snow hitting Stoney just now. Looking at the radar it could be on for a good hour or so. I personally thought it would be more patchy & sleety. But as we say in Stoney, it's dinging doon oh snaw !!!

Went to secondary school in Stoney a March snowstorm in 1979 I still remember watching it fall all day from the classroom window thinking this is badwe got stuck in town sent to Stoney pupils overnight

Bit before my time, more big sis era. Used to bombard the Inverbervie buses with snaw ba's, after a snowfall in school.
