Think I've underestimated depths here slightly. 5cm fallen today on cleared paths taking the total closer to 19cm! Hoping to break 20cm

That's really decent. About 4cms here so that's the depth range from one end of The Water of Leith to getting up to the other end in Currie/Balerno. Where does that stand in your depth league table from 2009 or so onwards?

Could be another surprising evening to come. Hefty showers aligning again now...

Another rare day of sunshine and snow showers in the East Neuk (and St Andrews). Now have 8cm on the ground in Pittenweem which is very respectable and has only been surpassed three times in the last 15 years (and not by much!). Showers look like they are starting to peter out to my east but might sneak another one or two! Max temperature today was 2c and minimum -0.7c.

I have a soft spot for St Monan's. Hope they've no been buried there

That’s close to the mark as we are on the same kind of line for the showers and I’m showing, 8 Inches level ❄️

Not far off an inch from the last shower

I was just going to mention this - it does look like they might be lining up quite nicely for a similar line of attack to last night...

It chimes with the UKV output too, which has pretty high precipitation totals here through to 2am or so.

I’m looking the look of these blobs making their way through to my neck of the woods. Praise be to Mr Blobby, the and only.

3rd place behind 2018 (24cms) 2010 (56cm) - figures from memory!

Edit: 2021 easterly isn't quite done yet
