Is it just me or has the line of showers moved north again? Looks like dundee down to perth going to be hit in an hour...?

Some great photos on here this morning. Not much here. Showers either missed to the north or fizzled out before they got here. Decent falls from an easterly in Ayrshire are hard to come by, but nice to get a covering.

Another inch of snow added overnight, now clear blue skies and gorgeous feeling thanks to the calm conditions.

Overnight low of -5.7c, currently -5.0c.

Nice sunrise as well.

Perusing the model threads and the weather apps, looks like mild wins at the weekend.

Mind you, hope its not as dramatic as this as a combination of rain and mild is going to lead to flooding thanks to the rapid thaw - there must be massive amounts of locked in water in the snow further inland.

Aboot 12 cm here with showers thick and fast.

Pic of the road before a bloody plough spoiled it and the obligatory gairden bench.

Yes same here, we have done very well considering we missed a lot of the showers.

Worst snowfall and roads conditions in dundee I’ve ever seen, all bus services are cancelled. 20cm here. ( still in a yellow warning) no idea how that’s even possible, have more snow that from the 2018 beast.

As we speak dundee is moved into amber warning area, should have been done yesterday evening/ night.
