@Hairy Celt ive a list of places mostly above 200m and then a sub list of places above 100m.

Ive had to say now to a couple of places because they were under 100m. Didnt like the look of them, im sure the wife thinks ive gone a bit mad... she maybe right.

At least you have some say in the matter. We're stuck here on the coast cos 'er indoors won't shift.

Unfortunately that band of heavy precipitation moving into Aberdeenshire is passing  just to the NE of me so I'm not even getting the chance to see if it's rain or snow. At -0.8/-1.6C you'd expect snow, but then again this winter has been strange.

Well, well, well...I certainly wasn’t expecting this tonight!38486CCE-3476-45F5-8360-E1A0C413F89B.thumb.jpeg.20b4b9dcd3a83acb4baf1278e4cf7397.jpeg

Currently -0.7c, DP -1.5c, pressure 991.87hPa and falling. Temperature has actually risen slightly from -2.0 at 7pm. Highest it got on Tuesday was 0.6 after a low of -4.3c at 9am.

Wonder what I’ll wake up to in the morning

Snowing steadily on the North side of Bennachie in Aberdeenshire. Probably about an inch or so lying.

Temp sticking fast at -0.3c / -1c. Snow still pretty heavy. Could make 4 inches by the time it's done.

This area here really is a sweetspot the tap just keeps flowing, I think some are going to awaken to a shock! Can see few spots seeing 15-20cm by when this is done just from this event.... with more to come.

Okay. So sleet's arrived. Am I supposed to be grateful? The Beeb has changed again to say I'm getting snaw. They've got a window too it seems.

A tricky drive home from work, never seen one gritter on the way back! Happy to report a covering of snow at home also. I guess it’s another day of sledging and walking in the snow tomorrow after the kids do their online lessons. Very happy with this winter, 3 really good surprise snowfalls over the last 3 weeks

It’s my favourite radar there’s a separate snow radar as well. Both are like £3.99 and only available to iOS devices. I don’t rely on predictive tbh I find them a bit off, it’s interesting to see the days ahead though based on UKV model.
