You couldn’t make it up. Nothing in two years and then two rounds of falling snow in one day. A very slushy light deposit left this evening though it snowed pretty well for an hour or so. I was right underneath that blob over eastern Fife and evaporative cooling must have played it’s part in turning the rain to snow. I’m sure places inland and to my north will have a good couple of cms on the ground. I see tonight’s warning now includes Fife so that safely rules out any further snowfall

Same as Tim here, rain with the odd flake thrown in... Was convinced would be snow just by how cold it felt which seemed colder than last night... Just shows you just never know.

The radar looks pretty good north of Glasgow, not sure if anything will make it here.

Light snow on and off all evening but not holding out any hope of a decent dump overnight.  Currently 0.7c with DP of -0.2c.

Extremely jealous of all the snow pics on here as I can't get out and about to explore for at least another 4 weeks.  With all the ice on the pavements etc, the only place I'm intendiing going to is the local supermarket.

Aye KW

Snaw last night/ this morning resulted in about 2" on the ground!

Tonight Snaw has been blowing through at about 3 flakes per hour
