Are we all in with a chance?

There's a big chunk of the system not even on radar so I'd say yes but we're in a nowcasting situation really.

I’m going to be stuck in a room without windows until lunchtime, typical

Quite unbelievable how much it’s increased in size over the last few hours on radar. Really hoping it travels over the whole region nice and slowly.

I’m refreshing the radar every mark minute. So close to a classic snow event here

To my eyes the North York Moors snaps up all of Teessides snow. Hartlepool and North look like being in a fantastic situation...... again!

Or conversely it might pep it up and give us a dumping

I'd probably guess it'll split right over CLS and give a dumping either side before joining back together north of CLS. Lol

Darlo just too far inland plus in the shadow of the NYM expecting nothing bonus if we get something. Good luck to everyone else this could be special for lots of ppl.

According to my highly sophisticated* at home weather station a severe change in the weather is imminent.

Fair play to the met office for the warning they gave out on Tuesday for today when all the models we see had us completely dry.❄️

I think the suspense with this one is the fact it could quite possible be the last for winter who knows... But this system is moving soooo slow that it would dump snow down.

I hope we all get a bit of fun but people of Newcastle please dont post your photos lol.

Lower edge close the coast is disintegrating...not a good sign for Tyneside.  All looking to be making land in Northumberland now..... could change

Watching that closely, does seem as though it’s all piling into the Blyth streamer. Time will tell...
