Typical...snowing back home home in Tyneside and I've driven down to Coventry,where the temperature has just dropped 5 degrees following a squall going through....sleet falling now.

Hoping for at least a covering by the time I get back at 6am

Looks like the radar is showing quite a bit of precipitation to come for our region fingers crossed it stays as snow, snowing nicely here still

I just had a report from Tynemouth,they say it’s pretty deep there already. It’s snowing steadily in Pont, temp 0.2c

I close my eyes for an hour while it's tanking down with rain, just woke up and it's snowing heavy and starting to cover nicely!! (Yes in Middlesbrough) I must be dreaming, off back to sleep

Never seen such a temperature drop before 6 c to 0.6 in no time , white on ground moderate snow amazing

Large soft flakes here in Sunderland north covering the road, it's been a long time looks beautiful

Whitley Bay. Wasn't expecting that. When I walked the dog at about 9pm it felt reasonably mild, certainly not cold enough for snow.
