Compared to Euro4 , WRF-NMM 6z has showers more widely distributed on Sunday.

Can’t say I’m too optimistic for here based on today’s output tbh. Does look like a streamer could set up across the south of the region but pretty bare bones elsewhere. Such is the nature of streamers though.

What a crying shame today’s precipitation isn’t happening tomorrow instead.

I have been optimistic all week but the stars appear to be aligning in the wrong places: heavier rain than forecast, followed by being stuck in the dry part as the low moves away Sunday, If the streamer is too far north or south.......................

So got to hope that this is like the part of a film where everything has gone wrong for the central characters and then just when all looks lost they recover and win the day.

Eyes should be on East Anglia from around 3pm. The front there is angled vertically and I believe the negative dew points are to the east of it.

3C and heavy rain here.

Noticed that the Arome (using windy.com) is showing precip persisting a little later on well past midnight.
