Just down Scawby Brook - really coming down heavy now.

Started 11ish last night, been shiowers ever since. Some snow stuck, some less so with the sun. Must be in a good spot

I guesss Scunny's done OK?

Only messing pal,we’ve had about the same in caistor or there abouts, been under this streamer for the last 2hrs or so & dumped a fair bit after a dismal day

We’ve had proper snow here tonight nothing like last night and this morning! We even made an impromptu trip to the park with the kids in pjs wrapped up! Was ace! Got about 3cm so far so hope we get some more by the morning!

That didn't last long!!!!

Look at this building and now lasting more inland like the shower hitting York!

Been for a walk to the shop just now and the little snow cover we have is now freezing over even with the cloud cover overhead. Just shows how cold it is out there

That’s been battering us pal the last few hours

As bright and colourful they show on the radar, they just seem to be giving a dusting when any of the showers gets here

Wind now seems to be moving more of an Easterly component causing showers to keep their intensity inland more?

I'm glad that it least seems to be delivering for coastal regions! Most of the rest of us have had more than a decent winter even if this isn't quite as good as hoped.

Just been for a lovely walk up to some higher areas near us, a bit more snow on the ground, very light powdery snow which glittered in the street lights as it was falling.. made my day..  couldn’t stop smiling
