I will hold you to that!!!

Haha, the cold air is still coming in so won't be fully established until tomorrow, so don't get disheartened if it's not snowing for you tonight

Hours and hours of heavy snow under those streamers!

I bet my life on that being wrong as hornsea is right under it. The weather gods will currently be scrambling to change its course

Perfect for South Yorkshire!  @Craigers Matches to your earlier post re convergence zone.  This fax chart is almost identical in where it shows it!!

Euro 4 now picking up on a possible streamer tomorrow never mind monday.

Could be a short term development that can happen!

Stronger streamer development on Euro4. 10-30cm zone quite widespread. Looking promising.

Hahaha! Keeps us entertained doesn't it!

I'm sure Grimsby and the East coast will do good with showers over the coming days. Im hopeful your snow drought may be about to end. The air is so cold it should allow snow to fall right on the coast this time ❄️

Thanks me  too! Yes I hope so!

Sorry, I'm afraid it is staying south of the Humber

Wouldnt be surprised to see all routes into Lancashire cut off there. Has the M62 over the tops ever been closed?

Snow on the lowest ground of Sheffield in Attercliffe (Meadowhall area) right now  - if very wet but snow nonetheless! If it can here it can in many other places. I do live at 150m so looking forward to driving home!
