Yes probably a touch colder and slightly higher. Some heavier precip heading our way, who knows what will fall!

Ye light rain here. Temp dropped slightly to 2.8c but definitely rain.

Who knows mate. The radar seems way different to the models and has done all day.

Potentially a little light snow for inland areas as it slowly sinks southwards but doesn’t seem enough precip around really. And too warm for low lying area near coasts.

NW wales is the place to be today.

Anyway despite the radar showing hardly anything today we have a covering of fine snow,coldest day of the winter at 0.8c

Unbelievable the met Every forecaste said the snow would slide south infact its moved slightly north   you got to laugh at them or cry with there 200million pound computer . infact they have issued a snow warning for northern parts.

Spoke to my mate in Middlesbrough this morning was having heavy snow not on the met weather page. 

This what they say for tonight issued at 1600hrs

This Evening and Tonight:

Patchy outbreaks of rain, sleet or snow will slowly push south through the evening and overnight followed by clearing skies in the north. A cold night with icy stretches and freezing fog patches. Minimum temperature -6 °C.

Saturday:

A cold and frosty start with icy stretches, leading to a dry day with sunny spells throughout. Feeling cold. Cloud builds from the north during the evening, though remaining dry. Maximum temperature 5 °C.

on  the forecast for Caerphilly  nothing

yes very strange weather behaviour today - bbc were still locked into everything moving south earlier today also - a complete mess of a forecast - ah well onto the next time once we get this slightly milder weather out of the way

Well we've had some half hearted snow flurries throughout the day, which have amounted to exactly nothing.  Cold, damp and raw outside.. quite depressing in all honesty.. more than a little disappointed

If we had the heavy pp which was forecasted and is still forecasted we have a good covering.
