Surely all the models can't be wrong.

Just a case of radar watching I guess

At this rate I’m guessing it will be in your area around 10-11am

I agree with James, the intensity of this wind aswell is something else. I think it will push right through but will unfortunately turn to rain down Pembrokeshire when the mild makes further inroads. You guys further east should be in for something.

It’s snowing moderately here in strong winds so not settling as such - just accumulating in mini-drifts in corners.  Started after I got up at 6:00am but looks like it could last a couple of hours.  Would be good if it doesn’t turn to rain but it’s on a knife edge.  Any higher elevations will probably get all snow.  Sadly it’s not going to last as milder air moves in from the west later.  However, the recent extreme cold and penetrating winds have done their worst around the garden and I must say that Spring can’t come soon enough now.

Really pleased for those out west seeing snow this morning - you're doing better than us in the Valleys this winter, and that doesn't happen often!

The front is now edging northeastwards with precipitation approaching the Vale, so I'd expect it to be snowing in most of Southeast Wales within the next hour or two. As for amounts, I wouldn't like to guess, but I think it's likely there'll be patchy snow across the bulk of Wales for much of the day.

I’d say we’ve got about 1/2 cms down the road from you.  Surprised it has stuck at all given the wind.

Sounds good!  We’re in a very windy location here and I’m guessing the snow is just being swept along to accumulate in hollows somewhere else.  It’s beginning to stick on the grass and gravel but nowhere near 2cms yet....

Radar shows precipitation heavy here but dry as a chip!

It’s let up a bit suddenly now, but the radar says there’s something heavier on the way.  I’ll just have to wait and see.

For those with precipitation currently over them on the radar but nothing falling, the reason is that it's so cold and windy that the snow is literally being evaporated before it reaches the ground. Wait a bit longer and it'll start to filter through to the lower atmosphere.

In the last 10 minutes, my WeatherHD app local forecast for today has changed from freezing rain to moderate snow - a little late but welcome all the same!   They must have looked out of their own window.....!

What do you think for Narberth? Do you think the snow will hold or do you think rain is inevitable in the next couple of hours?
