Expect warnings tomorrow? Could end up with at least 10cm in parts by the looks.

On a more serious note, my mum's dog is due her first operation next Friday as they've found two cancerous lumps (12 years old so getting on a bit) so could really do without any snow.

Icon looks good too:

They tend to put warnings up 2 days before so maybe on Tuesday! Sorry to hear about your Mum's dog, hopefully the op goes well for her

latest from Fergie for the west country

W COUNTRY SUN: Increasingly cold air spreading west today & wind chill becoming ever more pronounced. Our region escaping snow problems; however into Monday don't be surprised to see some passing flurries/showers, as these extend west in places.

Showing some of the showers hitting South Wales

reckon some in the south might see a flurry or two today

But north of Aberystwyth could see some proper snow showers this afternoon and evening

Where you seen this info?

Looks to have our name on it - just hope it makes it the final 300 miles from here!

Backed by GFS, ICON, ECM for Thursday overnight and well into Friday. Fingers crossed.

Lots of angry people over in the SE thread ....looks like they are getting what majority of us has last week ...continuous snow but only settling on grass cars etc  .....just the time of day it's just a degree or two over freezing ....some exceptions at greater elevation

This is where patience is now needed as this easterly starts off with snow grains and bits and bobs.

Had a patchy slight covering last night.0.4c min was 0.2c last night.
