Nope a narrow snow band has and slowed heavy precipitation  for a good 2 to 3 hrs .Coming!

it's out in the irish sea at the mo - radar tends to be a bit hit and miss out there - wait till it gets to west wales, reserve your judgement till then - think you may be pleasantly surprised yet

Temp now up to -1.6 dp -2.3  cloudy for last few hours precipitation not far off now what will it be freezing rain or snow?

Heaviest snow going to pass through South Wales quickly and stall and pivot around Shropshire / Birmingham area

Is it just me or on the radar it looks to have a bit more of a NE track than expected, might make the pivot more favourable for wales.

we were spoilt only just under two years ago with the amazing bfte which dropped huge drifts here - a few cms is better than nothing but will come up a little short against that episode

I’m hoping for the line moving across Ireland to remain strong and pivot in an SE direction back down across Pembrokeshire. Without that I can’t see it lasting for more than an hour or so giving us a small covering
