Showers moved north across this area yesterday evening and cleared before midnight. Thick fog persisted all night and eventually cleared around 1000 this morning, shortly after a few more light showers.

The fog lifted around 1000 after a brief shower. The rest of the day was mainly dry and cloudy with visibility eventually increasing to excellent.
