Thick fog with close to average temperatures

Foffy and damp, vis about 300M and had some drizzle or slight rain overnight with 0.4 mm, milder than last few mornings, a low of 6.0 C

Clear spells overnight, widespread ground frost, fog patches. At observation, shallow fog, visibility <400 yards. Bright. Sunny spells, though shallow fog drifting in from the east at times through the morning. The afternoon mainly sunny.
