Clear spells early last night but fog developed on lower ground by 2230 and spread up to the hills by 2300. The rest of the night was foggy and no change so far this morning although the sun is trying to break through the fog. At 340 mts it's foggy and sunny simultaneously with clear blue sky overhead and a horizontal visibility of 100 mts.
