It's the one at Easter Broomhouse near Spott, not the one at the NB turn off

Ah nice one, cheers. I may go hunt that one!

The M77 has been down to 1 Lane in East Ayrshire due to snow. Kilmarnock /Stewarton areas seem to be getting a decent covering with the front remaining as snow there.

Just saw this on the traffic cam that highlights the treacherous conditions..  Looks like the driver is out safe.

Wife just called to say took her 10mins to negotiate 200m across incredibly icy car park and pavements to the chiropractor. Sounds like frozen rain been an issue in Perth.

Temp hanging on below freezing for now at -0.2c / -2.1°C. Still got light snow falling and a cm or 2 on the ground so far this morning. Better than expected.

Heavy rain showers here all morning and 5C. Managed one shower yesterday afternoon which left a very thin dusting of snow however that was soon washed away.

@Kayemillyou must never get that tap fixed, but may need to move it higher to cope with the big freeze when it comes.... New Scottish thread measurement of a cold spell.... Upsicle height

Probably just needs tightened but I can’t bring myself to do it. It’s part of the family now.

Was going to go for a walk but since I now have horizontal rain I've changed my mind! Tomorrow looks better, so the first stretch of the legs of 2021 looks on the cards!

Snow earlier this morning but just a snizzly wet mess here now, more cold rain/drizzle than anything else. To be fair that's exactly what I'd expect here in this situation. Inland/upland I don't doubt others will do OK from it though.
