Clear spells overnight, cloud increasing early hours. Overcast this morning, a few spots of rain. The rain turned more continuous and moderate by the end of the morning and continuing through the afternoon and in to the early evening, turning misty and later foggy, visibility down to <500 yards for a short time.

A dry night with clear periods and the first ground frost of the season. Dry and sunny so far this morning but a line of cloud is visible on the northern horizon and it seems to be moving this way.
