How to measure current rainfall rate

Hello everyone, 

 

I am a complete novice with weather stations. 

For work, I need to be able to tell when the current rainfall rate exceeds 0.5mm/hour. Are there any weather stations that can do this? 

I.e. measures rainfall for a 5 minute period, then extrapolates this to 1 hour to give an estimate of current rainfall rate? 

A lot of the stations that I have been researching will only tell you the historical rainfall over the past 1 hour.
