TS Rene (Cape Verdes)

Hot on the heels of lesser TD17 is TD 18 heading towards the Cape Verde Islands, not far off western Africa. Tropical Storm warning for the Islands then forecast to become a hurricane. 

"Government of the Cabo Verde Islands has issued a Tropical Storm Warning for #CapeVerdeIslands." (Currently TD18) expected to bring locally heavy rainfall to Islands through Tues am. #NHC Forecast to strengthen to Hurricane once past CapeVerdes Also TD17 to west.
