Just had a look at the radar, it seems like it's quite a narrow band skirting across this area. The METO have us down as having something (either sleet/snow) until well into the evening but that looks impossible from the radar. Anyone know if there's more to follow behind this current band? There's much more ooop north at the mo, is that supposed to work its way down here?

Snowing steadily in Yate now, everything going a tinge of white. Hopefully more to come after dark.

Yeah quite surprised to see any tinge of white, just seemed too wet. A heavy shower would give us a slight covering I think.

Crazy how marginal this is when parts of Bristol are still seeing rain & sleet. Taking north of the M4 to extreme levels.
