This little band produced all snow that actually settled straight away and this is at 30meters above sea level. Wasn’t much, but nice to see.

hopefully it’ll hold to give some more further south something. More to the north on the radar as well, let’s hope it makes it!

Get another couple of showers here overnight and we might have 0.5cm come dawn.

What temp are you Bristol boy? Temp shooting up here, did get down to 1.4c, now 1.8c. Suspect it will be rain when it gets to me.

1.3C in Soton and falling slowly. DP -1.4C so I guess it's on a knife edge. Not sure if the drizzle approaching will warm things up or not?

Edit: The green blobs in the centre of the blobs would seem to indicate that the heavier rain can lower the temps so that bodes well. Wouldn't it be nice to have cold and ppn at the same time?!

Certainly didn't see a measurable decrease in  temperatures as th band went through, just normal cooling, even now the rain has stopped we are 2.7°C with a DP 1.3°C,so not a lot to write home about. Of course the cooler temperatures are to the north of our area where they are being to treated to some white from the skies..for us the crystal liquid seems set to continue...
