As others a frosty start with fog in low lying areas especially by the Severn. The sun shine has been awesome a real welcome change from the endless rain.

Avoided fog again here so went down to -0.8C and has been sunny all day. Plenty of weather like this through the winter would be brill!

Morning All, a bright sunny start to the day, warmer than of late but cold enough for a air frost with roofs having a white coating this morning...overnight low of 2.4°C at: 06:20 currently 5.5°C with RH94 % and the wind has really picked up in the last hour or so, in from the NNE as a gentle breeze (12mph)..The AQI seems to have gone crazy last night and in to this morning currently at 52  µg/m³, possibly from the fireworks last night? @Mapantz are you seeing a similar thing?

There were bonfires / fireworks here and the AirLink picked up very high levels due to no wind.

Over 500µg/m³ at a single reading..

The 24 hour is the important reading though.

My PM10 is 54.7  µg/m³ which equates to an AQI of 4.5

Got my Easterly to blow smoke away from the neighbours and it's only a day out from the 5th, so I can burn my old fence tonight.. The perfect crime.

Morning All, some patchy mist around but in general its overcast, with an overnight low of 6.3°C at: 00:02 much warmer than in recent days.. with the RH97% and a light breeze in from the East.

The latest satellite shot shows the thicker cloud to the west with some light rain/drizzle in Cornwall..

Meanwhile the beachcam shows a somewhat quite area this morning and channel mist..
