It is interesting this scenario we are in. It seems like we are always chasing the Holy grail from 2010. I have always believed in get the cold in first and the snow will follow. Classic example will be 1991.

Here’s what’s probably a daft question. For those of us fairly near the south coast are we considered more “inland” when it comes to an easterly/north easterly, given the relatively long stretch of land any showers will need to cross before reaching us?

Just trying to see whether to expect rain or perhaps something better from any shower activity in the coming days.

I wouldn’t have thought it would even matter considering the models are showing -7/8/9 850s? Could be wrong however but snow looking increasingly likely.

perhaps later today depending on wether those Showes impact you it's a hit or miss situation of course the chance has been rising for ages with the highest chnances later on this week and early into next week probably.So perhaps Sunday to Wednesday
