Just 11.9C out there with heavy rain and a gale force northerly wind. A brief max of 14.7C earlier, which is the coldest of the month. We've had 25.2mm of rain since midnight.

Raining with 11.6 mm so far T=11.9 after a max of 13.8 C, not been out to check what it feels like but the central heating is on! After all it is August.

A cold and autumnal day with early sunny spells and frequent blustery showers from late morning onwards, continuing into this evening. Maximum 16.8, minimum 12.9. Wind moderate NW.
