Didn't get this on camera, but I think I saw what looked like a rope funnel forming to my SW. I couldn't see it too clearly because some trees were blocking the view, but I wouldn't be surprised to see some reports of rotation/a funnel somewhere between Milton Keynes and Bedford.

Another storm @Zak M?

Meanwhile here I’ve had a few heavy showers this afternoon but nothing overly exciting.

Some lightning shots this evening. Caught the CG on film but not sure what time it occurred. I will get to it eventually!

Been quite standard on and off again showers up here, had a nice heavy downpour about 30 mins ago.  Main thing that's been amazing today is the cloudscapes ❤️  The sheer speed that they've been moving at made for some amazing views with all the skuddy mini towers tilting at 45 degrees and curling over on top like waves racing past.

I believe this would be the matching radar frame alongside with that report of a funnel to the WSW of Clacton yesterday.
