Awaiting the next run, but looking back at EC there seems to be a much bigger focus on the SE for heavy showers/storms from tomorrow onwards.

I was just going to post something similar bud....the Leighton Buzzard storm shield in full effect lol Watched the radar and as you say it got just to the SE of us and then proceeded to head west lol Couple of decent CG's though

Yes, couldn’t believe it! Hey ho, happens a lot. So much more comfortable at least now.

A request please. Maybe its the humidity but...

The constant moaning and calls of 'bust' is getting quite tiresome now.

OK so you've missed out - possibly for this summer. Whilst the West & North has had all the 'fun'

Makes a change from most years, so take one for the team this time please.

I know its frustrating but some of you guys are like bleeding toddlers now.

Can I suggest either being pleased for the LARGE amount of members who are experiencing something rare, or alternatively sitting in your hands. You are NOT the centre of the universe.

And no, I've had nothing overhead or severe for a long long time. Just faraway nighttime views. Once. But I'm not whinging about it.

Thanks!

Your whining rn

Arome has the MCS literally splitting in half with the western side completely disintegrating and then the remainder completely avoiding travelling north west, but due north instead into sussex?

Cool. So that's what, 7-8 days of 30 degree temps with no breakdown at the end, just cooler conditions slowly randomly appearing for the umpteenth time. So weird.

AROME 12z does however break out storms (rapidly) across the SE between 03z and 06z - exact positioning will of course be key to fortunes...alas (bit like today) I could be 10 miles or so out of luck (this time to the west)

Driven up to Stroud to try and intercept the storm but its slowly moving away as I get closer. Seen a few strikes and hearing rumbles. Managed to get these photos en route.

We’ve still got Thursday/Friday with an even greater focus on the south and then an event potentially coming up from the south on Sunday into Monday

If this makes it across the channel I will be surprised. I am on the seafront myself in Hastings. Will shelter under Bottle Alley (furthest end from the pier probably) to watch it roll in if anyone fancies it! Message me.

Usually dies out as it approaches Hastings.
