I think this is the development that will become more elevated in nature as it drifts N. Could be some high lightning rates as it trundles N through the evening.

Just looked outside my rear window, never seen anything like it, constant thunder in the distance

Can’t work it out. It’s right over me, I can’t escape the rain and I can see patches of blue sky.

But there’s literally constant thunder and no visible lightning
