I'm gonna do a Zak and say, I can either see the very, very top of the Brum cell on the far distant horizon or there's another MASSIVE cell forming between Stoke and Brum...  (If I lean out of the bedroom window far enough I can see 'down' the River Trent 'Valley' so it's quite flat in that direction.)

Erm....

That storm certainly looks like a candidate for a Supercell on radar representation any pics from the notch to the South probably South of Redditch

I can hear thunder from the storm, but can't see anything yet. Kinda hoping it's development might spread it a bit more northerly towards the city centre.

Can see the Leighton Buzzard Cb from here - far too light to see any lightning though

Just under the top left side. This is a BEAST. There’s about 50 x more strikes than showing I reckon

Please, get some pics when it moves just to your north want to see the structure from the south Flash

The St Albans cell, now over Leighton Buzzard has exploded since my last post, killed off the cell to the south of it, and I'm sure I've seen one or two very faint flickers from it even from this far away.
