Rain and some thunder during Friday afternoon and early evening has cleared away to leave it dry with patchy cloud and a fresher breeze

A clear evening here but with distant Cbs and lightning visible as a storm moved north near Lincoln between about 2120 and 2150 g.m.t. Cloud increased later in the night to bring a period of rain for an hour from 0500 g.m.t, this has since been followed by cloudy weather with a few moderate showers.

Turning cloudy overnight, light to moderate rain setting in an hour or so after dawn. Further moderate showery rain through the morning. By noon brighter conditions arrived allowing sunny spells. Feeling fresher than of late.

Yesterday.

 

Clear spells overnight. Cloud increasing towards dawn. Warm. A good deal of cloud am, some breaks beginning to appear toward observation. Good cloud breaks developing late morning. Towering cumulus building at times and apart from a few spots of rain it stayed essentially dry here. Feeling hot once again.
