Broken cloud for a time yesterday evening and until after midnight then low St rolled in from the North Sea again to give fog from 0330 g.m.t onwards. Showery outbreaks of rain too since 0600 g.m.t

Storms cleared away last evening leaving a mostly cloudy night, further moderate rain commencing this morning just after dawn. Continuous moderate rain this morning. The rain becoming more intermittent through the afternoon, though still with moderate bursts at times. Dull for the most part and much cooler than recent days. The evening saw a few cloud breaks developing allowing a few late sunny spells.

A foggy morning with showers, briefly heavy, merging into longer spells of rain. The showers died out shortly after midday, the fog cleared and the rest of the day was dry and cloudy.
