If we’re lucky! It’ll probably take the usual route up the French A1 past Lille into Belgium

I am talking about that cell in the channel north of Dieppe that seems to be gaining strength but could be nothing.

This french storm maybe MCS is incredible ~450 strikes every minute, the top end of what’s possible.

It needs to die off pronto. Surely it's bad news for us in terms of energy right?

Or might that not be the case?

Ah yeah I’m with ya! We just need the cap to erode more. The energy is there, it just hasn’t got a sufficient trigger.

I Bet there’s sprites spurting up off that MCS

It’s far enough away for that not to really be an issue, if that was on the northern coast then yes, would be tapping into our fuel tank and running us dry

These storms were forecast to be elavated , the channel has no affect on these, something else is killing them off..........or they arent elevated.......

Def not the case

that storm will not hinder the possibilities for tomorrow as it's traveling NE and won't effect the UK

What is zapping the energy for us is in the channel, that needs to drift north, it was moving our way then died back, i think look sw not south........

Once again mother nature is cheating on me ;-; strips for France and intensifies for Frances ending... wife heads home all tired and sleepy, when your expecting action she falls asleep... typical, where do I file a divorce?

If those storms on her tail make it they're heading for Brighton by the looks of it. What is it about Brighton seemingly being the only place on the south coast that storms actually make it to?

Am I correct in saying a squal line could form as Catherine and the cell in france connect to each other? Looks like there is development all to the east, it's looking more and more like a Kent clipper

So the rain has just passed over me here in Cardiff, and is currently moving north, some thunderstorms near Swansea but nothing here. Are we expecting things to kick off again in a few hours?

Aha! Hurricane  Kent Clipper forms in the Channel...

Seriously, watching that decay from the main mass makes me wonder if that dragged one or more tornadoes out of that rotation.
