How unlucky would it be for me to miss this big blob approaching as it heads SW

Appears we have more chances now of catching a shower including one now dropping icing sugar snow.

Don’t look at the Warks/Oxon border! Twice today we had serried cloud banks heading straight for us but anything in the NW through to NE quadrant gets either split or diverted by the Edge Hill escarpment.

Twice watched the snow heading straight for us to watch it veer off at ten miles.  Only hope now is a Wash streamer, but of course the snow belt’s too far north!

oh, and Blues lost again....

Mate Iv gave up hope for blues stick with snow watch now

It would The only thing thay can stop that band of snow now is the 'Leicester snow shield'. I have a feeling that it may crack tonight though

Tenner says it splits in half as it approaches Leicester seriously though, i'd be willing to bet decent money on Leicester getting a dusting from that band.

Well living in wellseborne Warwickshire its painful to get continued pics of my brother in brum of settled snow and me which had barely saw a flake all cold spell. I'm 20 miles to far east and south.. Hoping for a bit later but the showers look like just out of reach. Gutted but I'm bloody use to it

I no longer live in Leicester Been in Northampton for the past year. We aren't even close to snow this evening. I hope my Mum sends me some pics of it when that band hits in a few minutes

Big flakes now and settling well. Looks pretty even if it amounts to very little.
