Staffs, Worcester, Hereford snow

Here wet ground, the little snow we had all melted, nothing falling and feels warmer. It really is like a different island round here with the weather a lot of the time.

Yep. This kind of set up is rubbish for Northampton. Best we can hope for this coming week is snow showers blowing in from the East.

took about an hour for the band of snow to pass through Melton Mowbray. Big thick flakes has given a nice covering and even brought the kids off their games and into the street.

All clear now, hope it continues it's journey SW

Correct DWW...

Just in the gap between the 2 dumps.

Everything white after the first and the second heavier is with us in about 15 mins.

My phone app has just extended the possible snowfall to midnight.

It looks as if the showers behind are now turning to snow on the radar.

Looks as if we will continue to import the showers from the Wash for a couple of days yet, despite all the forewarnings of uppers being too high.

Not at the moment tbh, way too many people been going down there to find snow, even if you avoid catching it there's nowhere to park. Sticking to the north and west Shropshire spots I know, many of which are 150-200m so should be OK if it wasn't for the Shrewsbury weather effect. Maybe later tonight or next week or in Feb it might get breached like in 2017!

Got a covering in Harborne but can’t believe how much is falling at the Baggies ground which is only 3 miles away while we have nothing here!!
