Snowing again here, albeit lightly. Goes rather sleety when it's light but certainly snow when it's heavier. Very very icy underfoot - my neighbour has just set off in his car at about 15 mph, and he's normally quite a fast driver!

Raining here in Stratford. We didn’t even have frost last night! Tiny sprinkling of snow yesterday morning. We struggle with elevation here so need quite particular circumstances for snow.

Keep getting a mix of snow and rain here in Solihull depending on the intensity. Not good for this area so far and the days ahead look less likely now.

Same here in Redditch.   Just the odd small flurry.

The current precip around Birmingham looks like a giant ring doughnut

Also more sparking up and weather warnings for Wed and Thurs. Not to shabby for us Midlanders.

Supercells and snowstorms, not a bad year at all.

Empire state building sized flakes here

Joking aside though, i have never saw flakes that size ever before, wow.

While writing this, flakes have gone small again, but that heavy stuff gave about 2cm alone.

Great ‘mini’ snow event, more accumulated here than during the 1st event - I estimate around 4cm lying. More chances to come in the coming days!

The first snow for me this Winter. On and off since around 9am.struggling to settle though.

the fax for 06 hrs shows the occlusion coming south towards us.Going by the radar it will soon be over as it continues to head further south.

There may be something of interest for us overnight Thurs.into Friday.

A small little low development in the north sea with fronts swinging south west.Unfortunately it is all very marginal so difficult to say at this stage whether it will be white or wet.

I see a shower line setting up aimed right at me   Fingers crossed it'll snowify as it travels over the Pennines!

As shown moving south here by the harmonie model...
