Looks like the front has stalled and is now pivoting, without getting as far as Coventry.

We're so damn unlucky here

Could be worse - you could be under it and just seeing rain, as I am     As usual, we miss out because we're too far north, south, east and west.

I know how you feel. I’m on the Eastern side of Solihull (few miles away from the Town Centre) and it’s just about passing by about a mile or so to my West. Maybe except the odd very light patch scraping here, been literally on the edge of it all

Hi Do you think counties show ground will be open ? Supposed to go tonight ! ??‍♂️

Not sure tbh, it was very wet the other day and was cancelled until 27th so this may be another reason why the don't open. That said they have plenty of kit to clear snow so fingers crossed for you.

I am in Coventry too. Gutted. Woke up early and been waiting in excitement for the last two hours. Was hoping that the baby and our young snow dog would be able to experience their first snow today. Looks as though it just won't happen.

I'm exactly the same, we have two yorkies who have never seen snow.

I was gonna film their response to it

You cannot make it up for this area.

People bang on about how snowy 2010 was ,but here we got a slight dusting whereas every direction just 10 miles away had a foot or more

Can confirm it’s snowing and settling in Tewkesbury

Rain in Evesham but snow with you. Shows how things can change in a few miles. Would think Malvern and Cotswolds are doing well.

That was exactly my plan. Maybe I can drive over a few miles west and join in the fun. Not the same as the snow coming to us though. ❄️

That could change, looking at the v8 radar its projecting as it pivots a band will come up from the south over us

Sorry for those who just have rain this morning. Been there many many times.

As for the folks in Coventry, I wouldn’t give up yet. There’s a solid bit of precipitation that hasn’t weakened yet swinging it’s way close towards Warwick. I think you could still see something from that.

Fingers crossed.  I’m glad it’s been going well for you guys further West though and it does make up for some of the last Winters we have had. Hopefully those such as @WinterWilf, Cyclonic Happiness and some of the rest of us more to the East will get their turn at some point, even if today doesn’t deliver anything
